Precision Medicine For NAFLD
21st October 2021, 2pm-4:30pm

Join us to learn more about the creation of the world’s first data commons for Nonalcoholic Fattly Liver Disease (NAFLD) – ‘SteatoSITE’.

SteatoSite is a multicentre integrated gene-to-patient data commons for NAFLD/NASH research comprising hepatic RNA-sequencing, quantitative digital pathology and comprehensive electronic health record data in almost 1000 cases across the complete NAFLD disease spectrum.

The event will detail insight into the building and delivery of SteatoSITE with some preliminary analyses.  We will also discuss the possible uses of SteatoSITE, collaborative opportunities, key lessons learnt and wider data management considerations in healthcare Innovation.

Meet Precision Medicine Scotland and understand how we can work with you to further your research and commercialization goals in the life sciences arena.
